We've built a team by being deliberate about the environment and not just the salary. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Real ownership
You own the problem end-to-end. No ticket queues where someone else does the discovery and you just build the ticket. You talk to the client and solve it.
Hybrid & flexible
Gurgaon office available whenever you want it. No mandatory days. We measure output, not presence. Most of the team is in 4 days a week by choice.
Learning budget
₹50,000/year for certifications, courses and conferences. We pay for Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and SAP certifications when you're ready to take them.
Varied work
No two consecutive projects are the same platform, sector or problem. If you want to go deep on one stack, we can arrange that too, but variety is the default.
Reasonable hours
We scope projects with real timelines. Crunch is rare, and when it happens it's communal and short. We don't normalise overtime as a sign of commitment.
Small senior team
18 people. You'll know everyone. Your work will be visible. There are no layers of management between you and the decisions that affect your work.

Senior Zoho CRM Consultant
Lead Zoho CRM implementations end-to-end: discovery, blueprint design, Deluge automation, integration with Zoho Books/Sign/Writer, and client training. You'll own 3–4 active projects concurrently.
Full-Stack Developer (React / Node)
Build custom web applications, internal tools and API integrations for clients. Strong React and Node.js required. Experience with REST APIs, webhook architecture and database design preferred.
Shopify Developer
Build and customise Shopify stores: theme development in Liquid, custom app development, third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, shipping). Shopify Partner certification preferred but not required.
SAP Functional Consultant (SD/MM)
Lead SAP implementations in Sales & Distribution and Materials Management. Experience with S/4HANA preferred. You'll work on full cycle implementations with clients across manufacturing and distribution.

What a typical quarter looks like
You'll be on 2–3 active projects at any time — each at a different stage. A project kickoff with a new client, a mid-build review with another, a handover and training session with a third. In between: internal retros, knowledge sharing sessions and the occasional team lunch that runs too long.
We do a quarterly team offsite — usually somewhere a bit out of Gurgaon, occasionally further. The format is half strategy, half unstructured time.
