It depends heavily on scope. A straightforward CRM configuration or website build can go live in 4–8 weeks. Complex multi-platform integrations — CRM plus ERP plus ecommerce — typically run 3–5 months. We always provide a detailed timeline in the proposal, broken into phases, so you know exactly when each piece lands.
We prefer fixed-price, fixed-scope proposals whenever feasible — it removes budget uncertainty for you and forces us to think through the full problem before we start. For ongoing retainer support or exploratory R&D work, we can do monthly arrangements. We'll recommend the right structure in the proposal.

Yes. Every project includes a 30-day hypercare period after go-live at no extra charge, where we fix bugs and handle edge cases that only appear with real users. After that, we offer monthly support retainers covering ongoing configuration, new automations, platform updates and ad-hoc development. Most clients stay with us on retainer.
Almost certainly. We integrate with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, and dozens of other platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and custom middleware. If you're using something niche, share it in the brief and we'll let you know our experience with it.
Yes — roughly half our active clients are outside India. We work extensively across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UK. We invoice in INR, USD or AED depending on your preference. Time zone management is something we've refined over eight years; it has never been a project bottleneck.
