What we build

Web projects that do real business work

From performance-optimised marketing sites to CRM-connected portals — built end to end with no subcontracting.

Marketing & Corporate Sites

Performance-first sites built for organic search and conversion. We start from the business goal and user journey — not a template — and ship with SEO foundations intact.

  • Custom design system and component library
  • Core Web Vitals optimised (LCP, CLS, FID)
  • SEO-first architecture and schema markup
  • CRM form integration from day one

CMS & Headless Architecture

Content-managed sites where your marketing team can publish independently — with a headless backend for performance and a visual editing experience they'll actually use.

  • WordPress / ACF Pro custom builds
  • Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok headless CMS
  • Next.js static generation for speed
  • Multi-language and multi-region support

Customer & Partner Portals

Authenticated web applications where clients, dealers, or partners can log in to view orders, raise support tickets, download documents, or manage their account.

  • Zoho CRM or Salesforce Experience Cloud portals
  • Custom React dashboards with API backends
  • Role-based access and permissions
  • Document management and e-signature integration

Web Applications

Complex front-end applications — calculators, configurators, booking tools, reporting dashboards — built in React and connected to your existing APIs and databases.

  • React SPA with complex state management
  • REST and GraphQL API integration
  • Real-time features via WebSocket
  • Automated testing and CI/CD pipeline

Our Process

How we take a site from brief to live

01

Discovery

Business goals, user journeys, technical requirements, CRM integrations, and content structure — documented before any design begins.

02

Design

Wireframes, design system, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes — iterated with your team before a line of code is written.

03

Build

Component-first development with weekly preview deployments. You see working code, not slide decks, at every checkpoint.

04

Integration & QA

CRM integrations, analytics, third-party scripts, cross-browser testing, accessibility audit, and Core Web Vitals check.

05

Launch & Handover

Staged deployment, DNS cutover, CMS training, documentation handover, and 30-day post-launch support included.

Why Cloud Universe

What makes our web projects different

CRM integration by default

We build the website team and the CRM team as the same people. Every lead form, every gated asset, every chat widget is connected to your CRM at build time — not retrofitted later.

Performance is non-negotiable

Every site we ship goes through a full Core Web Vitals audit. We don't launch until Lighthouse performance score is above 90 on mobile. Slow sites cost conversions — we've done the maths.

Your team can run it after we leave

We build CMS setups that your marketing team can actually use. No developer needed for content updates — and we train your team properly before handover.

FAQ

Common questions about web projects

How long does a typical website project take?

A 10–20 page marketing site with CMS typically takes 8–12 weeks from kick-off to launch. A headless build with custom design system runs 12–16 weeks. Customer portals with authentication and API integrations are typically 14–20 weeks. We provide a phased timeline with milestones in every proposal.

Do you do design as well as development?

Yes — design is part of every web project we take on. We deliver wireframes, a full design system in Figma, and high-fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes before development begins. If you already have brand guidelines or a Figma file, we work from those; if not, we build from scratch.

Can you migrate our existing website rather than rebuild it?

Yes. We handle platform migrations — from Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow to WordPress or headless Next.js, for example. Migration projects start with a content audit, URL mapping for SEO preservation, and a technical assessment. We maintain your search rankings through the transition.

What hosting do you recommend?

For Next.js sites, Vercel is our first recommendation — it's purpose-built for it. For WordPress, we use WP Engine or Kinsta for managed hosting. For custom backend applications, AWS or DigitalOcean depending on budget and complexity. We provision and manage hosting as part of the project.
